The aim of this act is to protect the interests of all guild members, and save a guild from dying if its elders disappear.
If ALL elders in a guild have cancelled their accounts or been absent from the game for over three weeks real time, the next highest-ranked person will automatically be promoted to elder status. If several people hold the same highest rank below elder, only the one who held that rank the longest will be promoted.
