"Departed Persons Act" which apply to abandoned private buildings, shall hereby also apply to public buildings donated by departed persons or guilds.
Abandoned public buildings will be protected against removal if they have been used in the last 7 days before the removal attempt.
This addition means that public buildings build by players who has left Egypt, can be removed if nobody use them.
Please help me clean up.
