Currently, anyone attempting to tear down a Guildhall under the terms of the Departed Persons Act is informed that Guildhalls can only be torn down by a Guild Elder.
This law, if passed, would make it legal for anyone to tear down a Guildhall, as long as it satisfies the terms of the original DPA.
