The scientists of Egypt is requested to research a way of allowing anyone, not only the owner(s), to wind the spring of a deep well, just like other mines.
The purpose of this is to allow others than the owners to wind the spring, something that is useful if a guild owns a share in a mine, but only got one representative in the owning guild.
