Decorative sculptures shall henceforth be covered under the Departed Persons Acts, with the following conditions:
a) At least 20 votes have been registered for the sculpture.
b) The total number of 'eyesore' votes added to the total number of days since the sculptor left Egypt exceeds the total number of 'interesting' votes.
c) Crowding at the sculpture site exceeds 90%.
