WHEREAS guilds depend upon their elders, any guild with no uncancelled elder shall automatically promote all members in the highest populated rank to elder.
IF the guild has no uncancelled members of any rank, that guild shall become a Departed Person under the law, and all the guild's buildings shall be salvagable in accordance with the Departed Person Act.
