The following statement shall be displayed to all new immigrants when they join the game:
"This game includes a player run legal system, by which the citizens of Egypt have passed laws making some acts and types of behavior liable to punishment, up to permanent banishment. You are advised to view the Law Library at any University of Leadership to familiarise yourself with the laws of Egypt."
