Whereas a mentor shrine is useless to anyone who has left Egypt, any shrine for which both the builder and the honored mentor have left Egypt shall be salvagable. The conditions for eligibility shall be as outlined in the Departed Persons Act and any amendments thereunder. Both the mentee/builder and honoree/mentor must be considered departed persons for the shrine to be convered under this amendment.
