Problem: Public mines are perpetually abused and cause waste, but new arrivals need ore to complete projects.
Proposal: A new utility option will be available to the owner of a mine to send all results from N pulls out of 10 directly to the inventory of the worker rather than the mine. This will increase the number of gems, supply new folks with needed metals, and give mine owners free labor without automation.
