Details are published on the official forums, but the essence is this:
Art sculptures will be given a new button "Proclaim this an eyesore" to allow the populace to get rid of offensive artwork in a democratic manner.
If any artwork recieves 20 negative votes MORE than it's total positive votes, that structure shall crumble into dust.
If any artwork receive 100 or more positive votes than it's total negative votes, it shall be proclaimed a "Monument of Egypt"
Test of Art will not be affected.
