This law will repeatl the recently passed law titled "End Source of Player Strife over Papyrus" that displays an annoying message to anybody harvesting papyrus. While it may not have intended such annoyance, that law's poor wording affects us all. Even if it were worded properly, Pharaoh has stated papyrus cannot have ownership and thus papyrus theft laws cannot be implemented.
Irresponsible voting passed this law, be responsible and vote to repeal it.
