This law is to save the sheep from the spread of the pox. This entails that if a citizen finds any neglected sheep pens they can feed the sheep onions and treat them for the pox if needed.

II. The ability to feed empty sheep pens (0 onions) to prevent sheep pox.
III. The ability to treat infected sheep with the sheep pox salve to prevent the spread of pox.
