Seeing that the sheep pen owned by Nephthys (absent for 12 days as of 2003-03-25) which is located at 559/-1489 on the west side of the Nile in the Seven Lakes area is causing a public health hazard for livestock in that region, that pen and the sheep within shall be condemned and destroyed. Should Nephthys return, the Southwestern Valley Guild and Desert Zephyr (Nephthys being a member of the SW Valley Guild) pledge to replace his pen and current breeding stock (3 male sheep) if desired.
