In recognition of the fact that far to many have had their items stolen while at public buildings this law is intended to help alleviate these problems by exposing the culprit. When a person takes an object from a public building or chest a notification shall automatically be given in the main chat channel to all within hearing distance.
An example: *Bob takes twelve jugs from the potter wheel*
Hopefully this will prevent the theft through social pressure, while not limiting anyone's freedoms
