Laws > Temporary Public Buildings Amendment

As it stands, granting the use of a building to the public on a temporary basis includes the use of the option to change a building from public to private use. This leads to such buildings' public use being revoked by random passers-by.

Under this amendment, nobody but the owner of the building shall be able to change the building's access levels.
