Any tree may be marked "In Use" by harvesting wood (Normally or with a regular axe or fine steel Axe) 3 times in a 10 minute period. These trees will be marked in use for 1 week. Clearcutting will not be permitted, on a tree marked "In Use" Any time a tree is harvested 3 times in a 10 minute period, the timer would be reset to 1 week. Clearcutting a tree would not mark a tree as "in Use"
This law would for the purpose of marking valid wood runs. And prevents a casual harvest from a tree to mark it as in use.
