Then, Nathaniall has explained what was needed for the machine. He required
These items were gathered together soon enough, and then, Nathaniall walked out of the hole we dug down and out of the mountains down to flat sand. He asked people to follow him. Then, he begun putting together the complex machine.. No sooner, the machine was up. It was a heavy terror, that moved - but we still did not know what did it do. After a moment, it stopped - it has ran out of fuel. (The 20 Angel Stone was fueling the machine) However, Pharaoh came and said what's the problem - the machine ate the angel's stone too fast. He fixed it and reloaded the machine with 50 more angel's stone. It started moving again. Then, a pyramid block popped up - the Machine began heaving forthwards to it. When it came close, it was public'ed and we found out an option in the machine - loading nearby blocks. Then, the machine started to behave oddly - it jumped around madly. It appeared there were very many drivers - and they weren't decided on which way to go. It could not get to the block, and people kept pushing it back and forth. Luckily, soon, control was regained - and forthso the block was loaded. It was now clear that the machine is a block dragger, which replaces the manpower needed to push blocks. Nathaniall wrapped up the event, and told us to lead the machine to an UoA for the sciencists to inspect. Unfortunately, we could not drive it to LB UArch - it was on a hill - and the machine couldn't drive up hills. So we led the machine to the UoA in DoS.
After 7 hours of driving the damn bugger, and a detour from the original route planned by DraconiasIV that caused a lengthening of our journey, we finally reached the university, with the help of Knightmare's evil magic that made the machine jump faster. But then a problem was met! The machine couldn't go up the slight peak the university was on! We were stuck.. so close, yet so far. Fortunately, a GM helped the machine get up, and the sciencists examined it. The effect was that Ancient Mechanics became avaliable to research at the University that we brought the machine to! When I returned, though, the only Ancient Automaton I knew of, was no more - Chichis apparently torn it down, willing to forfeit salvaged pieces to research. The machine, unfortunately, didn't return anything in salvage, regardless of the salvage skill.
