In the following case studies, I've tried to sort the crosses from bias on the right to bias on the left. For simplicity, the Sacrifice is reduced to a set of nulls only length 12, but in actuality it probably has a variety of 'junk' bases that when attached to other bases may result in visible gene expressions. There is still some uncertainty of order of genes, but the more different results we can see, the more we can tell a) the order and b) where partial matches add new color genes.
