I dunno how I ended up an esteemed Elder (what with my recent uber-noobness ;-), but it seems it may have something to do with spending too much time recruiting noobs, mentoring them & building stuff for them, instead of improving my own skills & abilities :-/.
So, if you want to know the basics, I'm happy to spend the time...just don't expect me to know all the basics yet, lol!
As a general rule, going for Jack of all Trades, Master of Some; I've enjoyed Arch, Body & Arts so far (not an artisitic bone in my body though :). Mainly would like to master Worship or Leadership, no particular reason other than they're the hardest of them all! >8^D
