Buildings > Automatic Loom

Other languages:

Automatic Loom

Automatically weaves thread (capacity 5000) and twine (capacity 1000) into linen and canvas. Once started, it will continue to operate unattended until it lacks sufficient thread or twine to continue producing, or until it is stopped manually.

Once you have started it weaving something, the two weaving options disappear and are replaced by a 'stop this automatic loom' option so each automatic loom can only process one thing at a time.

Though automated, the automatic loom is less efficient than a manual loom, requiring 75 twine per canvas (compared with 60 for a hand loom) and 500 thread per linen (compared with 400 for a hand loom).

Construction costs:

Built: in a compound, uses 7x6 cells
