Decorative Torch

One of:

• Emerald Decorative Torch - burns green when lit
• Ruby Decorative Torch - burns red when lit
• Sapphire Decorative Torch - burns blue when lit

A decorative torch may be lit with 10 oil and will burns about one oil per hour. After a time (about an hour) a menu appears that lets you refill the torch. It may also be repositioned infinitely.
