A decorative sculpture only buildable during an appropriate build round in the Test of the Covered Cartouche.

When first built, you have a size 1 building. To upgrade it to larger sizes, click on it to get an 'enhance' option. Existing buildings are still upgradeable in the following vote round, but not afterwards.

This building should probably have been renamed the Hatch of Copper for T2 - in T1, it used steel wire and sheeting.
