A citizen may build a single mentor shrine to a person of their choice, ideally the one they feel most helped them get started in Egypt. You must have 24hrs of gameplay and a paid account before you can build a mentor shrine (you get a popup). The shrine will help your mentor with The Test of Mentorship.
