Pharaoh: And after reviewing an assortment of goods that they had stashed away, they suggested I take a look at some odd statues in the basement.
Pharaoh: They were quite dusty - clearly very old...
Pharaoh: But when we wiped them down, they were quite beautiful. The wings are made of huge sheets of black marble!
Pharaoh: And so, I thought that these would make fine decorations for those people's compounds. They may be more than just statues though.
Pharaoh: It was early in the morning when we first went down to the basement...
Pharaoh: And - I'm not sure about this, but when I first entered the room, I thought I caught a strange glow coming from where the statues were stored.
Pharaoh: These are owned buildings, and I'd suggest placing them outside your compounds...
Pharaoh: They're certainly nice to look at, but if you discover anything useful about them, you can set their use to public if you'd like, as you can any such object.

From 6AM to 7AM Game Time, the Stone Phoenix glows.
Polishing it during this time grants a +3 Speed bonus for 1 Teppy Hour and gives the message:
"As you polish the wings, your steps seem particularly light!"
Please note that a stone phoenix can also increase other stats, the ones given during the Festival of Garlic enhance perception for example.
