Fast and Furious acro isn’t for everyone. If you are happy to wait in line for a chance to acro someone who is a blur to you, then you probably won’t like Fast and Furious. However, if you want to start acroing when you reach the location, quickly find someone else if your teacher is a blur and get loads of facets then come to a Fast and Furious acro party.
Fast and Furious parties make use of the chat channel provided by the Test of the Host to enable you to quickly find someone else who is looking for a partner. Just shout out and find someone who is free. At first these parties can feel a little disorganised until you understand how they work. There are no pre-defined locations to acro at – just find a spare space and acro.
Don’t worry if you have just started acro, teach what you can and learn moves so that you can teach more too. Many acro masters attend these parties so you have a really good chance of picking up loads of facets. Every party has had at least one person pass acro and our record is four people. Fast and Furious parties last for at least six and typically eight RL hours. This means that there are loads of opportunities to acro. If you can’t make the start, then don’t worry, the party will probably still be in operation when you can come. We tend to hold parties on Sundays to avoid clashing with other events.
