Methyl Estate is a fledgling Lower Nubian guild that was formed on Year 1, Shemu II-20. Currently seeking Egyptians to be a part of a new, self-sufficient guild aimed at promoting guild-level and individual-level projects. New immigrants are always welcomed!

- The heart of Lower Nubia is in need of tasteful talent to liven up the landscape. All hands are encouraged to enrich the scene with games, scuptures, monuments or anything else that will promote the atmosphere!
- Mentorship
- Methyl Estate members are called out to engage in mentoring of new and potential Egyptian immigrants. All folk should lend a friendly hand to anyone in need of assistance and guidence.
