I hereby declare that the option to set mines to 'private use only' be removed, and all mines currently set to private access only be become publicly accessable immediately.
There is no situation in which a mine being private benefits anybody, other than an individual or guild hoarding a good source or rare metal - which ultimately harms the whole community. The only other major consideration is clutter, which can be handled with the Mine Accessability Act. Any serious clutter issues can be addressed by the community as a whole and dealt with accordingly.
Private mines are hindering research, harming the economy and community, and are benefitting nobody. Let's get it fixed!

first of all you have to consider mine purity like
what if someone with enhanced mining comes by clutters the whole place with his stuff lowers the purity and just walks away-Zey
I disagree. Even without Enhanced Mining, public mines have a tendency to become cluttered with private chests, ore cards and even furnaces. A guild or an individual might want to keep his mine clean, and many public mines have been closed due to cluttering. Additionally, there are enough pure public mines to allow not requiring such a low. -- ShanVizen
