The Lower Nubia Collective (LNC) has created a guild chest for flax seed distribution. You must be a member of the LNC to take from the chest, but it is set for public stash-able.
Chest rules are:
1)Take 1 from the chest, seed your own and replace the seed you took.
2)Drop off a few of any seeds that you obtain, which are not already in the chest
The chest is located at Coords 782 -3612 right behind the giant "Welcome" sculpture on the hill, across from the LN CS and next to the conflict games.
