In addition to other requirements that might exist,
to achieve Citizenship a Peasant shall:
* Tear Down a Wood Plane
* Pick up a Brick Rack

Commentary:
Peasants are required to build a Wood Plane and A Brick Rack
to achieve Citizenship, but do not yet have enough experience
to realize that it's also possible to remove such items.
As a consequence, new member areaa are awash with Driftwood.
This act will reduce the inadvertant clutter in new member areas,
will establish that Egypt DOES care about recycling,
and will improve the new member's first impression of Egypt.
