Guide for use:
The Tally section is intended to track how many more of an item is needed, and (when a location and Oracle sponsor is chosen) whether the items have actually been delivered.
The Individual Pledges section is intended to track precisely who is promising what. Organizers and haulers can find people who have pledged and contact them at need. With this, supplies can be stored by contributors (instead of centrally) until we have enough materials pledged to ensure the success of the monument.
If you can provide support of some sort (mixing paints, quarrying stones, cutting gems), list that in the Support section. Also, if you *intend* to provide something, list that in the support section.

Note! Beers will probably have to be added to the monument while they're still good. VP beers will spoil between 1 and 2 weeks of being taken out of the kettle. Don't make them too early.
I highly doubt it. As for beers for banquets, not only do they not spoil in the table, but they can be loaded when spoiled already, and I think it will be the same for the monument. This require testing tho. Ankh-el-Pandemis
Tested loading a dead VP date from Hellinar into a monument site - old beer works fine (we confirmed the beer was dead by drinking it afterwards - ugh) -- FaceAnkh
Wine seems to need to be > 0% alcohol to count.

- The spot in Fool Paradise at -2056, -660 got a VP Date recipe : 15 Light Roasted Malt and 120 Honey at start, no seal, come to collect after an hour.
- The spot in Cradle of the Sun at 5096;-1649 got a VP Barley recipe : 45 Medium Roasted Malt and 110 Honey at start, no seal, come to collect after an hour.

- need small barrels, and i can make as much as required. PLEASE talk to me before undertaking a bunch of the barley beer...i've already got it going, and it would suck for us to end up with a lot leftover.

- losiris: I have about 3-6k of extremely high RS grapes - Honey Rose i think - if you need
- Vannyn: I have a wine that is tannin 30 and Vintage 20. I can provide 144 bottles, in process of making the jars now.
- Sabt-Pestnu: I can provide some honey, more on a continuing basis if needed. I can make barley relatively easily (one worship test to go).
- Helpmaboab: I have ~5000 honey, can do VP barley. If anyone has vine cuttings capable of 13% alcohol, I have plenty of vineyards available. I also have 50 bottles of Vintage 7+ wine fermenting
- Cappu: Look me up in-game, I'll let you have some one wine and gada#82.
- Cappu: I have 49 bottles of meant-to-be-10-tannin-but-will-also-be-13%-wine fermenting in a barrel. If someone have some glass jars it would be appreciated, otherwise I'll deliver them whenever I get some bottles ready.
