How to obtain:
- Build an apiary, check it after about a day for a queen, wait and check it again after 4 hours. (This must be done to get the bees.) Now wait another 4 hours or longer and check for beeswax and honey.
- Tilapya's Note: It doesn't seem necessary to stick to the above 4-hour timing. More important is choosing an isolated spot (buildings will decrease the chances of a queen exponentially). Build, wait at least a day - two is better - and check. If your location is good, a queen will have arrived. Tested and held true for 19 hives.
