The guild has a number of animals. Guild members are welcome to use the byproducts of slaughtering the animals, which are stored in their compounds.
Sheep
Sheep provide a number of by products (mutton, oil and leather) when they are slaughtered. They also produce dung. These are stored in the sheep pen for the use of guild members.
Sheep eat onions. Cerys grows sufficient onions to keep the base level of sheep fed.
Unless someone is actively needing large amounts of leather, we maintain sheep at the level of 1 male:1 female. If you need large amounts of leather, please let guild members know that you want to increase levels so that they do not inadvertantly slaughter. The best level for leather is 3 males:3 females. You will need to provide extra onions to feed the increased number of sheep. You may wish to make use of both pens in this case.
Camels
Camels provide a number of by products (camel meat, oil and leather) when they are slaughtered. They also produce dung and milk (if fed with honey shortly after giving birth). These are stored in the dromedary pen for the use of guild members.
Camels eat straw. This is grown in the greenhouses and turned into straw on the drying racks beside them. Please harvest grass when you run by the greenhouses to maintain a sufficient level of straw. We aim to keep the dromadary pen with 1000 - 2000 straw. If there is less straw than this, please feed the camels and replenish the drying racks from the greenhouses.

Rabbits
Rabbits provide a number of by products (rabbit meat and sometimes rabbit pelt) when they are slaughtered. They are also used to track Falcons for Test of Safari.
Rabbits eat carrots. Cerys grows carrots to feed them (and provide ash).
The key things about rabbits are
- They must not be left in the hutch for too long unchecked. They breed quickly and if there are too many (between 20 and 30) in the hutch, all will escape.
- Given the above, at least one breeding pair must be held on a character as a security.
Cerys holds the guild's stock of rabbits. If you want her to hold stock, ask Barhi. If you want your own breeding pair, please ask Barhi.
Chickens
Chickens provide eggs (to breed more) and chicken meat. They eat barley. They must be held by a character if they are not in the coop. Cerys holds the guild's supply. Please ask Barhi if you want to breed chickens.
Bees
The guild has 8 hives on the hill to the west of the main compound. Since bees tend to escape when the hive is checked, please do not check it any more frequently than one a day. The time since it was last cheked is shown on the hive. If a lot of bees escape, then number goes down (from the base of 1000) and so does the yield. If there are less than 500 bees, please leave the hives for a few days so that more bees can arrive.
Note - unlike other animals, you loose what is in the hive if you haven't taken it before you check the hive. Therefore, please take what you get. There is a chest by the MCB to hold wax and honey.
Beetles
Beetles are bred for Test of Khefre's Children. They eat cabbage. Since handling somone else's beetle reduces the ownership %, you will need your own terrarium to breed them. Please ask Barhi if there is a spare one.
