1 beer kettle 60 wood 25 water in jugs honey malt (dark roasted) malt (light roasted) malt (medium roasted) malt (burnt)

At the start of brewing add 20 honey and 40 malt (dark roasted).
At the end of brewing (last 100 seconds) add 10 malt (light roasted) and 10 malt (medium roasted).
This should produce a Fruity brown beer, with hints of date and barley
