*Notes* This was my very first attempt at making a beer. As you may notice I have 2 yeasts. I really need to get the first yeast seperated. Good news is that it looks like alot of my sugars were converted to alcohol. Adding a touch more honey should get me a very potent beer. Tannin and Grassy flavors are a bit high. Need to watch those as they could ruin my beer.
