Note that finished products have lower quantities - most of those can be made with on-site facilities as needed, and we only need some as an emergency stock. As Water Mining is only recently unlocked, the vigil may call for cuttable gems. However, it's unlikely, so we are not expressly stockpiling them. However, we would not object to having some on-hand, in case it DOES ask for them.
