My primary guild is Paradise Plains, who adopted me after I set up camp in their back yard, and have generally been very awesome. Afrah and I are the sole members of Karkady?, which was started as we know one another outside of Egypt. Although mostly I think it's there so I can clean the Hackling Rake when she's finished with it.
I'll complete the Recreational Fishing challenge just as soon as a catch a bloody Phagrus. I hooked a huge one last week. You should have seen it - at least 30db. Big enough to swallow a pyramid, for sure. And was it ever a fighter! Wrestled with it all night, I did. It'd pull one way, and I'd run along the bank trying to keep up - it could have yanked the rod right out of my hands if I lost my grip for just a second. Then I'd pull it the other way. This kept up for hours, very gradually wearing the thing down, and ever so slowly reeling it closer and closer to shore. Right around dawn it had finally had enough, and although my arms felt about ready to fall off, I brought it in, closer and closer. It was there, ready, and just as I was bending over to pull it out of the water... my rod broke! Snapped clean in two! Big Phagrus flipped a fin, and he was off, just like that! Never again will I go after the big game fish with a Basic Fishing Pole. :-(
