I e-mailed Pharaoh to ask if the winner of the theme can get his/her building implimented in T3, he said yeah as long as its not too complicated or a Veto obviously.

I've been designing a set of Dicipline competitions, i was wondering, in the Art Festival, http://wiki.atitd.net/tale2/Users/Zatarg/Art_Festival if we do the theme, Design a Building that would benifit egypt, Would you impliment the winner in T3 or something if its not a veto?

  Depending on the complexity of the building, sure. For instance, if it  was the complexity of an Anvil, then No :) But if it were the complexity  of a Brick Machine, then sure.
