After you learn the skill Camp Decoration, you can choose to make a decorative torch from your decorative menu under projects. By combining a Glass Torch with a medium emerald, sapphire, or ruby, you can make an Emerald Green Glass Torch, Sapphire Blue Glass Torch, or Ruby Red Glass Torch.
