Credit for "builder" of the item goes to the person who loaded the last item into the site, not to the builder of the site. This is important if you are helping someone construct something for principles or for test structures.

• Site self-destructs after two hours of no activity. This may be deferred by adding an item to reset the timer.
• May be disassembled for a full return of all materials and contents, including those of the site itself.
