CUPIDON & CUPOPHIS - Cupid's Event

We've discovered a bug wherein invisible cupid-like clones are running about giving people gifts.
We have the situation well in hand, and are working to rectify the problem.
Wishing all the ladies of Egypt a happy Valentines Day. :-)

The event starts as soon as the player logs into the game! The player is not forewarned but is instantly given two items, that of Chocolate Wine Cordials (5), and a Ra Bulb: Blood Heart (1). Cupid may also give one each of 5 different chocolates and the bulb. Furthermore some people instead reported cupid poking them (additionally or instead).

The type of chocolates and Rose given are different for each player, and each player can receive several visits and/or pokes from the cupids. Cupidon and Cupophis are invisible cupids running around people delivering their gifts - Spicy

Not all players seem to get these free gifts when they log on however. Males and Females alike can get them, how they get them isn't known - yet.

Events tried to replicate items given

The Bard Mithrandu, has given us some lore relating to Cupids. They love to hang around them, and has indeed brought Cupidon around her many times while I (AnokFero) was around her. Players are also able to receive more than one present from Cupidon, but don't be greedy.

Cupids Revealed

Scientists at the University of Harmony have announced that they have discovered a way to render our recent Cupid-like invaders visible. Be on the look out for these "little devils".

On 17th February the message above appeared in System. Cupidon and Cupophis were attending the Valentines event to judge the love art, and became visible. They could be seen running around very fast, getting underfoot and "buzzing" people.
