Our naturally organic raeli tiles are among the finest in Egypt. Careful attention is paid to the firing process to assure even color matching batch to batch. We use only the most pure Royal Palm charcoal for firings.
Our raeli ovens are handcrafted by our skilled tilesmiths, and are built to withstand the harsh treatments of the desert.
- We use premium Karnak Steel for our steel sheetings, period. Never a substitute.
- We expertly blend the rich Kush silt with the courser, less refined Tanis silt, which is then slow fired in patented true kilns. Yes, it may take more time, but we feel it shows in a superior product. Using sustainable materials not only is good for the environment, but good for the community as well. Construction and operation of these kilns is an art passed down from our family for generations. A little extra work, but the result is a much stronger and durable firebrick.
