We are aiming to open techs in Khartoum and welcome like minded folks that want to give a hand on any scale, be it donating basic materials, processing these or directly donating items required at the universities. We don't bite, well apart from a few members and they can be kept in place by throwing fish at em ;)
Public buildings do exist (see below), why not come along and use them and pop a little of what you make in the chests for research! :O)
