Seven Lakes Public Builders Association. Our goal is to create a comprehensive set of public buildings, similar to the Phoenix Public Park from the last telling. We also coordinate regional projects.

A bit west of UThought. Note that explosive mishaps can damage buildings up to 30 coordiantes away, so SLPBA asks no builds near the lab. You are very likely to need to bring your own glassware (quality 1 will work) and structural repair skill to repair the lab.
