The Well will be divided up into 20 shares, costing 1 screwgear, 120 leather, and 70 oil to purchase a share. Once the well is operational, petroleum will be divided up equally between each share.
Should the deep well require maintenence to operate, a monthly fee will be imposed in order to keep it running.
Once all pledges are made, the due date for pledges will be 2 weeks after the last pledge is made. If there are only one or two holdouts at the end of the two weeks, it will be first come first serve. If it still seems like people need more time, however, the due date will be extended. Nobody that has a screwgear completed before the due date and has made a pledge will be denied a share.
