Exile Richter
Egypt is a land of cooperation and trust.
Some choose to go it alone, and some choose not to be a part of the trust that truly makes Egypt the wonderful place that it is.
Richter has demonstrated repeatedly that he will not uphold the civil contract of being an Egyptian citizen.
He has abused players, new and old. He has abused developers and gamemasters. He has made bigoted remarks in game and the forums insulting to non-American players.
Most recently he has resorted to the closest thing that Egypt has to theft by siezing an educational trading guild, demoting its Elders (all members were Elders), and ripping down its equipment while accusing the entirety of its membership of theft. This accusation was unfounded and false.
Many times DP's have been asked to ban Richter. These requests have been denied based on the idea that anyone has the right to be uncouth. There has also been a significant outcry that Egyptians do not want their DP's to ban anyone.
Given that Egyptians do not wish to see their DP's use the ban, but Richter has demonstrated an unwillingness to uphold the obligations of basic citizenship. Should this law pass. Richter will be exiled from Egypt as if by DP ban. This ban will count toward the two required for a player to be permanently banned from Egypt.

My reason for bringing this petition rather than exercising a personal, unilateral ban is that I feel personally that Richter's repeated negative behaviors have become a detriment to Egypt. No single offense is worthy of a ban, but collectively, I feel that it is time for Egypt to either ban Richter or stop sending me chats asking me to do so. I have been told, by Richter, that I am hurting my credibility, lying about his behavior, and presuming to tell Egypt what it believes or wants. If others feel this way, that is their right. I am exercising my right to use our legal system. This petition is not about just the guild issue (Ka-Pow), just the abuse of GM's and developers (Gentry, Bellah, Apophis), just his constant railings about Teppy, just the supposed conspiracy of legacy players (which I am apparently part of in spite of being brand new to this Telling), just his intent to spread the plague to Hasani out of spite, just his abusive paranoid language and attitude toward players new and old, or just his forums' remarks that were bigoted and rude and resulted from him being barred from the official forums. It is about all of these things. It is about the behavior pattern that has led to many, many people asking for his removal from Egypt.
If anyone can think of another way to deal with this issue, I am open to suggestions. I have thought it over many times, and the only solution that I could come up with is to ask Egypt what Egypt wants to do about it

Here is a quick easy guide to why this is a joke, beyond her colossal arrogance to think that her particular issues are of any concern to Egypt in general. Again someone with personal issues presumes to speak for all of Egypt.

What civil contract is she alluding to? I am unaware of any such document.
The "contract" she is speaking of is not a written document. It's a philisophical concept. Any society has a social contract which they "agree" to by taking active part in that society. You are no different, and you are not an exception. Should you breach this "contract" egregiously enough; We as a society will enforce it's unwritten law. That's what this written law is about. Upholding the social contract that we all assume by being citizens of Egypt. -- Refa

She has refused to substantiate this with any proof when questioned by Deeva, suddenly she had to grow leeks.
Again unsubstanciated rumors with absolutely no proof to back it up. Where does it say that it is a banable offense to complain about poor service that I am paying for?
As complained about by yourself in the Teamspeak server on multiple occasions -- 1) You were abusive of the GM Call function enough to have your account flagged for the activity.
2) You were banned from the game forums for abuse.
3) You have personally insulted player(s?) in the teamspeak server to the point they have left rather than stay there and cry and continue to be bullied by you (Player's name withheld for their anonymity. To be added or to remain anonymous after consulting with the involved party.) -- Refa

Outright lie perpetuated from twisting a post in the forums and clinging to it as proof that this misquote somehow validates her persecution of me. In addition no comments made in the forum could in any way be justification to ban a player in the game.

This accusation is unfounded and false. I invite anyone to go to the Ka-Pow compound in Kush and take a look.
Someone cleaned out the guild before I got there and it had to have been a member or members.

The same 3 or 4 people have repeatedly whined to Dps to get me banned. Solipsistos alone has tried 4 times I think.

Spineless attempt to get others to do her dirty work so she can claim no responsibility.

Oh no double secret probation! How lame is that? Where does it say 2 bans, of which this could only be one no matter how she tries to word it, results from permanent exile?
All in all a completely worthless piece of drivel, all vague unsubstantiated accusations, and lies.

I am astounded by the colossall audacity to presume there is an issue simply because someone doesn't agree with another's playing style. Simply put there is no issue here save Lukeera's delusional fantasies of somehow I have done something banable simply because she and a few others don't agree with my actions.

In the above rebuttal Richter has clearly demonstrated his approach to community matters. I assure you that his comments are representative of his invective on the forum and in the various chat logs, misspelled words, fractured grammar, and all. His actions are consistent with his attitude.
I won't miss him.
I don't think being a jerk is ban-worthy. The kapow incident is unfortunate, but I don't see the crime. I do appreciate the fact that Lukeera didn't just get pissed off and ban Richter, that confirms that she was a good choice for DP. ~Matk
