This laws purpose is as follows. To recover the use of Raeli ovens currently owned by paid players and guild members that have not logged on in the last 60
days or more, without transfering ownership of property.
1. Raeli Ovens belonging to paid players that have not logged in for the last 60 days will have ther "Permission for use..." menue made useable by any player. . The owner of the Oven will be able to reclaim this menue restoring it to its orgional functionality at any time.
2. Raeli Ovens belonging to guilds in wich members of the Ovens specified permission level have not logged in for 60 days or more will then have their "Permission for use..." menue made available to the next available rank of guild memebers that have logged in with in the last 60 days. Any member of the set rank of permissions or higher may then reclaim this menue restoring it to its origional functionality yet maintaining the current permissions. (In wich it could then be reset to any permission available to the players rank).
3. Raeli ovens belonging to guilds in wich all members have not logged in for the last 60 days or more will then have their "Permission for use..." menu made useable by any player. Any member of the guild may reclaim this menue setting it to its orgional functionality yet maintaining its current permissions. (In wich it could then be reset to any permissions available to the players rank.).
