- Ariella: well, the last couple bureaus were very neglectful about recruiting. I heard so many tried to get recruite *for as much as a week and a half without response.

- Ariella: but they hand out Test passes every Sunday?

- SoloDean: another 2 bureas need to run before passed are given
- Ariella: so why don't Lukeera and Trin do their bureau so they can all pass?
- SoloDean: as thats a waste of points
- SoloDean: as Lukeera and Trin will gain no points
- SoloDean: and only 7 people will pass
- Ariella: so it has to be different people than the DSRaS doing bureaus?

- SoloDean: just we wont start 2 bureas at same time
- SoloDean: a burea runs for 3 weeks

- SoloDean: so we have to wait another 7 weeks
- SoloDean: before the person who wins tommorw (if DSRaS) will be able to use there burea

- SoloDean: also you can chose 3 people to get the most points after you if you wish (have to be in guild/burea)
