Nominations for True Leadership are earned by passing certain Tests, initiating a Bill that becomes Law, or assisting as Borer in one of the first seven of a type of Pyramid.
- Successfully bore for Tooth Limestone (This does not necessarily have to be dug out.)
- Sign or refuse to sign a Petition (can be your own)
- Nominate one Citizen as a True Leader
- Be nominated as a True Leader
- Cast a ballot for True Leader
