As shown, the samples can be satisfied with only 2 Rs before the terminator.
From the samples provided, RRR only appeared twice, and the larger threads were followed by Y. I would expect that if RRR was repeated, it would appear more frequently, and perhaps that an RRRK or YRRK sequence would have been discovered.
The fact that the GYR sample is only found 4 times (to the YRR's 8 times) gives me some concern. A larger fragment that includes a terminating K would be helpful.
