Proposed Sequence
KROYGYRRRYYYOOOGYRRRK
a YRRRK sequence would help confirm this but looks very likely. see spreadsheet
ROYG x2 ROY x5 OYG x3 YGY x4 GYR x4 (appears twice?) GYRR x2 YRR x8 (sequence appears twice?) RRR x2 RRRY x2 RRRYY x2 RRYYY RRY x6 RYYYO RYYY RYY x3 YYYO x2 YYY x2 YYOOO YYOO YYO x3 YOO x5 OOO x3 OOOGY OOG x3 OGY x4 OGYR x2 GYRR x2 (sequence appears twice?) GYR x4 (sequence appears twice?) YRR x8 (sequence appears twice?) RRK x3
With the vain hope that the samples might be divided even close to evenly...
KRO x5
ROY x5 OYG x3 YGY x4 GYR x4 (appears twice) YRR x8 (sequence appears twice?) RRR x2 RRY x6 RYY x3 YYY x2 YYO x3 YOO x5 OOO x3 OOG x3 OGY x4 GYR x4 (sequence appears twice?) YRR x8 (sequence appears twice?) RRK x3
From the above: KROYGYRRRYYYOOOGYRRK
As shown, the samples can be satisfied with only 2 Rs before the terminator.
From the samples provided, RRR only appeared twice, and the larger threads were followed by Y. I would expect that if RRR was repeated, it would appear more frequently, and perhaps that an RRRK or YRRK sequence would have been discovered.
The fact that the GYR sample is only found 4 times (to the YRR's 8 times) gives me some concern. A larger fragment that includes a terminating K would be helpful.
