Wisdom Solvent Data and Arranging

Aperio now favors this genome

 KYROGYROGYROGGGGGGGGGGGGGGK

Calen solvent data

OGYRO GYROG GGGGG

Aperio Solvent Data (just to get acquainted)

I will continue to track multiples because they are the best clue to repeats in the string and this one is supposed to be (KKK) of which the K trait is expected to be YRO (I hope to debunk the OGG string as the K trait).

 (45) GGG IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
 (07) GGK IIIIIII
 (04) GYR IIII
 (01) KYR I
 (07) OGG IIIIIII
 (13) OGY IIIIIIIIIIIII
 (12) ROG IIIIIIIIIIII
 (10) YRO IIIIIIIIII

I propose:

 KYROGYROGGGGGGGGK
 KYR
  YRO 1
   ROG 1
    OGY 1
     GYR 1
      YRO 2
       ROG 2
        OGG 1
         GGG 1
          GGG 2
           GGG 3
            GGG 4
             GGG 5
              GGG 6
               GGK 1

Two possibilities suggest themselves to me:

  1. The Skin Trait (K) might have a default trait to which KK could be added. This seems unlikely since conventional wisdom has always said otherwise.
  2. Their could be an additional repetition of some of these traits and GYR might be under represented in this pool.

Ariella Solvent Data to test theory

GYROGYR - 3 YROGYRO - 2 OGYROGY GGGGGGK

Aperio Solvent Data (Second Run)

 (49) GGG 1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111
 (03) GGK 111
 (04) GYR 1111
 (04) KYR 1111
 (04) OGG 1111
 (11) OGY 11111111111
 (11) ROG 11111111111
 (13) YRO 1111111111111

Just a note about my technique here. One of the concerns being addressed is to minimize a perceptibly non-random random number generator. Between my recording the results and clicking the close on the popup, I will also vary my clicks (in case it's is time-hashed) by manually counting to 3-7 and then clicking. I will duplicate numbers, go back to a number I just did or pick a new number. It's not perfect, but it's the thought that counts.

By convention, I'm now alphabetizing the substrings.

Aperio Solvent Data (200 combined trials)

 (47.0%) (94) GGG 1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111
 (05.0%) (10) GGK 1111111111
 (04.0%) (08) GYR 11111111
 (02.5%) (05) KYR 11111
 (05.5%) (11) OGG 11111111111
 (12.0%) (24) OGY 111111111111111111111111
 (11.5%) (23) ROG 11111111111111111111111
 (11.5%) (23) YRO 11111111111111111111111

The frequency bands appear to be 4%, 12% and 48%

I propose:
